Privacy policy
We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to answer your request, and visitor statistics only run if you allow them.
1. Who is responsible

2. What data we process
- When you contact us (by email or via the quote form): your name, email address and, if you provide them, your company, country, phone or WhatsApp number, preferred way of contact, the services you are interested in, timing, approximate budget and your message.
- When you visit the website: the technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, date and time, page visited and browser type. Our hosting provider stores these in server log files for security and to keep the website running.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We use your contact details only to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to a contract) or on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server log data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Visitor statistics (Google Analytics) are only processed with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Cookies, tracking and fonts
This website uses cookies only for visitor statistics, and only if you allow them. We use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), to understand how visitors find and use the website: for example which pages are viewed, from which country and on which device, and which contact buttons are clicked. Google Analytics is only loaded after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. It then sets the cookies _ga and _ga_V3ZN3TTM8D (valid for up to 13 months). Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. We do not use advertising cookies or advertising features. The fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to font providers.

5. How long we keep data
We keep your request as long as needed to handle it and any follow-up. If no assignment follows, we delete it after a reasonable period, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example for accounting when a contract is concluded). Server logs are deleted by our hosting provider after a short period. Google Analytics data is deleted automatically after 14 months.
6. Who receives data
We do not sell your data. It is only processed by service providers we need to run our business, such as our hosting provider (OrangeHost, servers in the USA) and our email provider, under data processing agreements. If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place. If you accept visitor statistics, Google receives usage data as our processor. Google may process data in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email info@vanzasoft.com to exercise your rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live.
