What is RAG?
Retrieval-augmented generation: before answering, the AI searches your own documents and data for the relevant passages and bases its answer on them. That makes answers more accurate and lets the assistant show its sources.
Is our data used to train public AI models?
We choose services and settings that don't use your data to train public models, or host a model privately for you. We agree this with you before we start.
Which AI models do you use?
We work with leading language and speech models, both commercial and open source, and choose per project based on quality, speed, cost and where your data may be processed. You are not locked into one provider.
What does an AI solution cost?
That depends on the channels, the integrations and the volume. Usually there is a one-off cost to build it and a monthly cost for hosting and AI usage. After a short conversation you receive a clear, free quote.
